Timeslot Best Practices
Tips for Creating and Deleting Repeating Timeslots
Scenario One:
Creating repeating Adventure Timeslots with the same consistent availability.
For example, an adventure runs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 am in August with no variation in Local’s availability.
This can be done by using the repeat function and creating a timeslot for Monday and another one for Tuesday. Make Sure to use the Repeat Ends function if you only want the Adventures to run in August.

Scenario Two:
Creating repeating Adventure Timeslots but Local availability varies in the period.
For example, an adventure runs every Monday and Tuesday at 10 am in August except on the second Monday in August (there is a break in the repeating sequence).
This may be due to the Local’s schedule and is often required when manually managing availability between an external booking system and Yervana.
This scenario requires the creation of two Timeslots for Mondays. One created before the break and one created after. You are not able to modify Adventure availability on individual days when using the Repeat function so it should not be used in this scenario.
Scenario 2 Yervana Configuration

Alternatively, you could create a separate timeslot for every time that you have availability.
Scenario Three:
Deleting a repeating timeslot if you can no longer run a single day.
For example, an adventure runs every day in August but you have an appointment on the 15 and can now no longer run on that day.
Scenario 3 Yervana Configuration - Adventure runs everyday in August

As seen above, currently your adventure is running every day in August. By editing the Repeat Ends section to end the day before your appointment and adding a new timeslot that repeats until the end of the month you can create the bookable times you want with minimal timeslots

Scenario Four:
You want to have multiple bookable times on the same day
For example, your adventure runs twice a day, once at 9 and again at 12.
Two Timeslots can be created for the same date.
Scenario 4 Yervana Configuration - Two timeslots on the same date

You can even create multiple Timeslots with the same date and time.
