This policy is founded on trust, honesty and the belief that we’re all here to have as good of a time on this planet as possible. That means if you feel disappointed by your adventure or service in any way (other than for matters outside of our control, such as poor weather), simply contact us with all the details within 48 hours of completing the adventure.
Once we receive your notification, we will talk to your Local guide to validate the issue and understand your feedback. If a reasonable solution cannot be found between you and the Local, then we will find an appropriate solution to ensure your happiness, including potentially refunding your money in proportion to the problem.
To ensure that this policy works fairly and honestly between all parties, we ask that you first communicate the problem to your Local guide, and give them a chance to remedy the situation. In most instances, we expect that your Local guide will be able to remedy any issues relating to your experience. However, if they are unable to do so for any reason, we will step in to assist with finding a solution, because at the end of the day your happiness is what matters.
